I don't understand what the big deal is, beheading seems more humane than lethal injection to me. (mind you, we're talking about official beheadings, not sawing at people's necks like the Daniel Pearl incident)

Meh. Unlikely. There were some rumors of bringing up human rights issues, but that's about as likely as it is to happen with China...especially considering how much of ours asses they own now.
