This story is full of WTF
Firstly, that THIS girl thinks she can make a living at porn:
(I hope she knows that fatty porn pays about 10% of the regular type...)
Secondly, why do they keep blurring out the baby? Worried that some other baby will recognize him? Does the baby go out a lot without one of the "parents"?
The footage is not considered child pornography because the women were at least 16 at the time, said police.
Wait, what?

Puritan morality strikes again. It's always fun to get disgusted - almost as good as being bad yourself. And while father/daughter is too cosanguinous for most people's comfort, incest is just another risk factor for developmental disabilities. Other risk factors include age, occupation, disabilities, inheritable diseases. Oddly enough, no one is trying to ban old gimps with horrible genetic legacies from fucking and making babies...because there's no long-standing tradition of disgust and retribution.

Thirdly, can't believe this didn't happen in Florida.

Trust me, That abomination going down in Bethel CT should come as no surprise. Conn is not all too stiff gin rummies, yuppies and office park drones. What shenanigans I saw of the native denizens around the Danbury area would give Butler county Pennsatucky a run for its money.

I'm hardly a Puritan, though I have a few in my family tree. I’m very much into situation ethics. If this 46-year-old man had been screwing an unrelated female half his age that would have been no big deal. Selling amateur lesbian porn is also a yawn IF all the participants have given permission for it to be marketed.
Other than the possibility of afflicting children with genetic disorders, some of which may not show up until years later, and the emotional damage to the individual when they discover the truth about their origin, there are other good reasons why incest is frowned on. IT TEARS APART THE TIES BETWEEN FAMILY MEMBERS OTHER THAN THE ONES WHO DID THE SCREWING! This woman has two siblings from her parents’ marriage. Imagine how they feel, and if they take different sides their relationships with each other will be damaged or destroyed. This is why sex between family members or with current/former partners of family members is considered taboo.

It does. I lived and worked there, drove through Bethel every day coming and going as briefly as I could manage. Just another down at the heels mill town that made useful stuff once-upon-a-time. Rich fucks along the CT coast are no more tightly wrapped. No need to point fingers, though. The problem is everywhere. Our culture has demonized and refused to talk about sex at least since christ had short hair. It'll take a couple generations of porn obsession to remedy.

We've had this conversation before, not least because we've both known isolated communities and the resulting 'pink eye'. Remember this?
When the Reverend Jedidiah Morse visited Isles of Shoals, NH in 1820, he found the settlement reduced to a handful and married everyone immediately, to prevent further sin. They'd burned down the meeting house, copulated with their siblings, hanged their only pastor, and practiced witchcraft. A generation later, the islands were deserted.
Then, in 1873...

True that. Couldn't resist the new england hillbilly reference. It will take more than we got this generation to shed our twisted cultural relationship to basic human nature.

As much as I believe all "pastors" should be hung it is hard to argue against even religious codification of social mores to prevent societal meltdown. A little sense of dignity & shame is good for everyone, for example: Everyone knows their parents have sex but no one wants to know that mom likes it up the ass and has a collection of semi-kinky toys.

I've always wanted to bang my sister but then again she is adopted - a hot little Korean girl (now lady); I haven't though - good old social mores fucking up my good time (damn she has a fine ass).
